What to Do When Your Account Data is Removed

1. Don't Panic: If you find that some or all of your account data is missing, try not to panic. Our system has a backup mechanism to help restore your lost data.

2. Check Your Data: Log in to your account and check if the missing data is available. Sometimes, data might be temporarily unavailable due to syncing issues.

3. Automatic Restoration:

   • If our system detects that your data is missing, it will automatically attempt to restore your data from the latest backup.
   • You will receive an alert once the restoration is complete. This alert will provide information about the backup and confirm that the restoration was successful.

4. Manual Backup Restoration:

   • If the automatic restoration does not resolve the issue, contact our support team.
   • Provide them with your account details and describe the missing data. Our support team will manually assist in restoring your data from the available backups.

5. Backup Details:

   • Our system keeps backups at regular intervals. If your data was removed accidentally, it is usually possible to restore it from the most recent backup.
   • Restorations include all the data that was present at the time of the last backup.

6. Contact Support:

   • If you have any concerns or if some data is still missing after the restoration, please contact our support team. Provide detailed information about the missing data for faster resolution.

جب آپ کا اکاؤنٹ کا ڈیٹا حذف ہو جائے تو کیا کریں

1. پریشان نہ ہوں: اگر آپ کو محسوس ہو کہ آپ کا کچھ یا تمام اکاؤنٹ کا ڈیٹا غائب ہے تو پریشان نہ ہوں۔ ہمارے نظام میں آپ کے گمشدہ ڈیٹا کو بحال کرنے کے لیے بیک اپ میکانزم موجود ہے۔

2. اپنا ڈیٹا چیک کریں: اپنے اکاؤنٹ میں لاگ ان کریں اور چیک کریں کہ کیا غائب ڈیٹا دستیاب ہے۔ کبھی کبھار، ڈیٹا عارضی طور پر دستیاب نہیں ہوسکتا کیونکہ سنکنگ کی مسائل ہوتے ہیں۔

3. خودکار بحالی:

   • اگر ہمارا نظام پتہ لگاتا ہے کہ آپ کا ڈیٹا غائب ہے، تو یہ خودبخود آخری بیک اپ سے ڈیٹا کو بحال کرنے کی کوشش کرے گا۔
   • بحالی مکمل ہونے کے بعد آپ کو ایک الرٹ موصول ہوگا۔ اس الرٹ میں بیک اپ کی معلومات فراہم کی جائے گی اور بحالی کی تصدیق کی جائے گی۔

4. دستی بیک اپ بحالی:

   • اگر خودکار بحالی مسئلہ کو حل نہیں کرتی تو ہماری سپورٹ ٹیم سے رابطہ کریں۔
   • انہیں اپنے اکاؤنٹ کی تفصیلات فراہم کریں اور غائب ڈیٹا کی وضاحت کریں۔ ہماری سپورٹ ٹیم دستی طور پر دستیاب بیک اپ سے آپ کا ڈیٹا بحال کرنے میں مدد کرے گی۔

5. بیک اپ کی تفصیلات:
